Paradox One names Root Deco's Rain-Speam-Speed CD album of the month. "...I’ve not put a genre on it...it’s well worth checking out if you like mid to late 60’s west coast psychedelic rock delivered with real conviction and high octane energy." For the full review, along with an interview with Larry on songwriting and the band, check out Paradox One.

Out of the Studio
Rain•Steam•Speed, out latest CD is complete. It will be available through CD Baby very soon. We think it is our best effort yet and reflects our relevant influences, including the Yardbirds, the Kinks, the Byrds and Cream. Check the lyric and CD pages for further information on the new CD.

We Come In Peace was remastered with two new songs added. Tracks were produced at Bias Studios by Heidi Gerber and by Root Deco at Johnson Studios. Of special note, the CD features, "Never Coming Down," written by Robert Schlabach. Bob plays bass on four tracks and sings lead on his own. Heidi adds a unique dimension when she joins the group with lead vocals and vocal arrangements on "Postcard."

Hot off the presses
New music, live club dates and a whole new additude. Be sure to check the Gig link on the home page for our latest live shows and watch our various web sites for mp3 versions of songs from the recently completed Rain•Steam•Speed CD. The songs are very intense and diverse.

Arise, one of the new Root Deco songs on the This Island Earth CD, was recognized with an award in Billboard's 13th Annual World Song Writing Contest.
